Description:
	This is a procedure for separating the 5' dNMPs.  
	The order of elution is:
		5'TMP 	6 min		fraction 7-10	
		5'dGMP 	12 min		fraction 11-16
		5'dCMP	24 min		fraction 17-28
		5'dAMP	40 min		fraction 29-35

Column:
	16cm X 2.5cm i.d.

Resin:
	AG50W-X4, minus, 400 mesh

Buffer:
	0.1 M ammonium formate pH 3.2
	pH with formic acid

Detection:
	A260

Flow rate:
	1 mL/min, controlled by peristaltic pump downstream of column

Fraction collector:
	4 mL/fraction, 60 fractions= 4 hours!

Quantity:
	600 ODU in one run.  Possibly more can be loaded.
